1. Auction Format
This is an online-only real estate auction. Bidding begins today and ends Thursday, the 26th at 4:00 PM, utilizing a soft close. If a bid is placed near the end of the auction, bidding will automatically extend to allow fair competition.
This auction is subject to seller confirmation.

3. Buyer’s Premium

4. Earnest Money
